Item description:
This item has been fully checked and is ready for use. Please note that these mats are not designed to be as firm as other SIMs or air beds, they provide a much softer cushioning and should not be inflated any further. We believe a lot of these have been returned to the retailer due to people trying to force more air into the mats, which leads to split seams and punctures.
Very Important: If you are looking for a FIRM camping mattress then please buy a traditional airbed or metal frame camp bed, as this is not the one for you.
We will not accept returns regarding a lack of firmness, as this has been fully explained here in the listing description, and every return costs us a lot of money in wasted shipping fees, packaging fees and labour.
Item condition: We have a few of these and the condition of each varies very slightly. Some marks and very minor dirt may be present, but are otherwise in good working

Returns and Complaints:
We do ask that upon receiving your order you set it up and check it over to ensure you are happy with your purchase within the 30 day return window. Unfortunately, after this time, we cannot accept returns.
Due to our products being second hand, they cannot be protected by any further warranty.
Unless it is a proven error on our part, all returns are to be posted at the buyer's expense. The contents of this item are listed above, we cannot adhere to demands for any equipment not listed in the description.
While we endeavor to be as thorough as possible when checking our items, though it is rare, mistakes can and do happen. If you notice anything wrong with your purchase, please contact us ASAP before making a complaint and we'll do our very best to take care of it.
In most cases, everything we sell is in excellent condition, however the one thing we cannot test for is leaks. As is the nature of buying second hand, please be aware that this is a possibility. If your item does leak, again, please contact us for the best advice going forward.
That being said, we always do our very best to be transparent with what we advertise, we take photos and check every item thoroughly before listing it, and make it very clear just what we are selling. Don't expect perfection, remember that you are buying second hand at affordable prices from an independent retailer and adjust your expectations accordingly. We do not tolerate fraudulent claims and will fight back against them.
