Plier type tools rely on the strength of your grip, which is ok for the smaller aluminium rivnuts but if your fitting un-serrated or larger M6 - M10 steel rivnuts you may find the rivnuts turn when fitting the final screw/bolt. Using our tool you can increase the amount of torque applied when setting the rivnut thus reducing the chance of the rivnut turning.

Instruction for use.

M3 -  Use a 10mm  spanner to hold the bolt and tighten the nut with a second 10mm spanner to expand the rivnut.
