Vintage 1:64 Hot Wheels Baja Bug from the 1984 Real Riders series.  Car is yellow with purple tampos (rubbed away quite a bit) on the hood, real rider rubber tires with white wheels & metal 1983 Malaysia base.

The car is in good condition with some light wear and paint chipping.  It does roll smoothly.
