Vivitar flash tested and works.  

The camera open, advances & clicks; but, I cannot say it loads film and works.  I can only assume a camera made in Japan is going to work fantastic; however, I set the price AS IF it were the accessories & bag only.  Since this is an AS-IS item, I just want you to know there is a chance so if you're an unlucky person, you probably shouldn't bid.  I say this only because this would happen to me :)
