New Adda 40mm x 10mm 5V DC fan (model # AD0405HS-G70). Good fan for VGA or chipset heatsinks. Also works at 12V DC. It comes with a mini 2 pin connector pictured (JST PH with a 2.0mm pitch). Fan cables measure about 2" long. This is a variable speed fan (has speed control function).

Please note that even though this item is new it does not come in retail packaging. It was bought in OEM packaging so that's how it will be shipped to the buyer. I posted the specs below for reference.
