This phone was working when it was dry stored for many years with the battery removed.  Although it seems like the battery is U/S as when charging screen flashes from initial screen to charging & back again & battery has bulges both sides.

It's boxed with charger, instructions & earphones

I believe it's locked to T Mobile.
