This is a complete set of 6 multi-color commemorative stamps issued by the Dominican Republic in 1902 with the center inverted. The set includes SC#144a, 145a, 146a, (147 does not exist) 148a, 149a and 150a all featuring the inverted centers. The stamps are in a very fine to extremely fine grade, 4 are MNH (mint never hinged) and 2 are MH (mint hinged).

This is a great addition to any stamp collection, especially for those interested in Dominican Republic, errors and/or Caribbean stamps  They are in great demand and hard to find.  The catalogue value is way below market value.  See below for more details:
