ITEM CONDITIONS:all screws are clean,all wheel bolts are clean,the 2 pins for the front grill are clean,the pin for the hose has wear,the black windows are mint,legs click when rotated,arms click as well when moved up/down,color is great,item has his chest flap,all joints are good,decal is nice,item is stamped hasbro 1987,only real wear to the figure is on the lower ladder(more specifically the hose nose has wear & a stress mark)
