These bulbs are custom made with front projection diodes & lens, the beam angle is 360 degrees, and they have an alloy body. However, it is the front projection lens that makes them so effective. They are about 2800lm in brightness. They're better engineered than other bulbs and allow for the rubber dust cover to be used (to keep the interior of the lens clean).
