Warranty:
General Warranty Information: The Sea Quartz two-year warranty, contracted through Tactical Brands, covers any of the items as detailed in our warranty policy. Our service centers will inspect any items which require attention under the warranty, and then will either repair the watch or replace the watch with the same model or a similar model of higher specification model if the original model is not available.
Unauthorized Service: It is vital that all repair and warranty work during the 24 months* of the warranty period be carried out by an authorized SeaQuartz and Tactical Brands repair center to avoid the watch being damaged by repairers unfamiliar with some of the technology which we use, such as spring bars, bezels or movements. Opening of the case by an unauthorized repair center immediately invalidates the warranty, and will result in a chargeable repair to correct any problem encountered in the warranty period.
All SeaQuartz watches are covered by a 24 month warranty, we have contracted through Tactical Brands.
You will have a warranty Card in your Box. Please keep purchase history and confirmations.
Transferability: Warranties are not transferable, and are only available through purchase from the “Thanks Jesse” Ebay Page, sea_quartz_unofficial Instagram page, or our Shopify Shop. PLEASE KEEP your receipt, confirmation of purchase, or credit card statement.
Please contact us if you have a problem with the watch and we will guide you through our system. It is our aim to please you. It is imperative that you use our ticketing system to ensure timely response to your warranty questions.

Movement failure
Hands falling off
Manufacturing defects
Water Ingression (Subject to appropriate use of the watch and within its water resistance rating)
First 12 Months:
GTLS Failure
Losing or gaining time outside of the normal range Issues
Not Covered:
Battery
Strap
Leakage due to use in a hot tub, sauna, heated pool, shower, bath, etc.
Bezels becoming scratched, loose or lost or loss of the Pip
Damage due to misuse or accidental damage
Loss of the watch pins which hold the strap
Scratched, chipped or broken glass
Crown being broken or coming away from the case
Case back being scratched, broken or damaged or the back becoming loose
Faults or damage caused by an attempted repair by an unauthorized service center
Water Ingression due to the crown being left unscrewed, including thermal shock which can arise from sudden temperature change such as a watch in the sun and then plunged into a cold pool
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the water resistance rating is sufficient for their specific requirements.
Sending the watch for service:
Watches sent for service should be sent as the watch head only, as we cannot guarantee that the strap or packaging will be returned by the service center.
Never send sentimental or engraved items for repair without contacting us first, because your watch could be replaced and the original may not be returned to you.
