Fair to Good Condition. Most of all these 45 RPM records need cleaning. They've been is storage for many, many years. Some are worse than others with a film on them from being in storage. That film is only on a few and can be cleaned off with water. Some have some white smears on them like the center one in photo 10. Only a handful though, and should be able to be cleaned off (we think). At the least, they are all pretty dusty looking. No sleeves for any of these except those 4 that you see in the last photo. We are saying Fair to Good because they all need some care. Most of these look like they can be Good Plus once cleaned. We did notice about 2 that had an edge crack. One has a complete break on 1 side, but it looks like it should still play. We don't have anything to test it on, but the crack is smooth on surface.
