A beautiful large card signed by Toshihide Watanabe the President right after WWII. Overall nice shape some wrinkles and a stain on back and a couple spots around MT. Fuji. The picture looks to be made out of thread. Not sure if silk or cotton. Measures 10.5” by 5”.
