2 Military Aviation Survival Kit Buckle, Koch, Ejection, Space Program? Titanium

I found a few pairs of these buckles a while back, but haven't figured out their use. They are manufactured by Koch who manufactures a lot of military aviation survival gear. They are designed to fit the truncated triangle rings that are used for attaching the survival kit to the parachute harness. They are very light and appear to be made of titanium. They are in good condition and appear unused. You are getting 1 pair (2). Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close or high bidder loses all right to property. 

I will ship items by either FEDEX ground or USPS which ever is cheaper and I will combine multiple items to save shipping. I only charge actual postage as close as I can figure it without losing money. I don't charge any handling or packing fees.
