Wonderful 1920's Art Deco Christmas Card features a man playing a lute and a woman holding the caroling book while they stand in the snow with snow-covered houses around. "With friendliest good wishes to you for a Christmas that is bright and merry." They are flanked by two candles and a holly garland.  The card is flat like a thick postcard with nothing written on the back.  The frame around the carolers scene, the rays from the candles and the card edging are gilt.  The card measures 4 3/8 x 5 3/8. Presumably it would have been mailed in a matching sized envelope but could have been mailed by addressing and stamping the back. Some soiling, bumped corners and paper loss along edges.

Please look carefully at the photos, which are considered part of the description, to determine condition to your satisfaction. Feel free to ask questions.  Combined shipping saves 50 cents per card, after the first, IF put in cart and purchased all at the same time.

THANKS FOR LOOKING!

Note:  All cards are perfect rectangles.  Holding the camera perfectly level is a challenge so cards may appear skewed.  We are in our early 80's and relocate, seasonally, between AZ (winter) and CO (summer).  Your card will be mailed from wherever we are at the time the card sells.  Above location was set at time of listing.
