This is a set of 4 matching mugs that have red balls on a green background. They appear unused as the Dept. 56 sticker is still on the bottom.
Two of them have small flakes on the bottom as shown in the picture. These flakes aren't visible when the cups are upright. I'd call them "nearly new".

They're 3.5" tall and the mouth is 3".
They hold 8 ounces.
