Up for sale is a Lot of 8 Western Digital VelociRaptor 10,000 RPM, 2.5" Enterprise Storage Hard Drives.   These are 2.5" smaller sized hard drives but they are thicker than a regular laptop hard drive.  They are about 1/2 inch thick.  So, they probably won't fit in most laptops.   **One of them is a 250 GB drive. ** 

These all passed diagnostics testing.   They do run pretty hot, so you would want to use a heat sink for cooling.
