The door still is in used condition, the rubber on the stop is an excellent condition, no cracks, dry rot or chunks missing. The J hook is in not bent. No latch for the door to hook the J hook to. See pictures for more description.

From the bottom of the stopper that mounts on the floor to the top of the ring the item is 3 1/2”

From the rubber to stop to the back the item is 1 3/4”, the j hook is 2 5/8” and the screw is 2 1/4”
