I am not sure if this is made by APCO or American bisque. This clown cookie jar measures about 12 inches tall. The paint is still in super nice condition which you normally do not find. The bottom has a price stamped in ink $1.59 there is an impression, it’s hard to make out, but I can make out patent and that’s about it. It is in very good condition, there is some glaze crazing. He is from my smoke-free home as well.
