This legacy Hitachi (HTS541260H9AT00) 60GB hard drive can be used as an internal laptop drive or as an external storage drive using the provided hard drive enclosure with USB adapter. The hard drive has a 2.5-inch form factor, a 44-pin ATA/IDE interface, and 5400 RPM rotation speed. The hard shell case can connect the drive to a USB port with the provided USB cable.  Hard drive enclosure can be used with any 2.5 inch 44-pin IDE hard drive.  This unit was used for backup storage until I decided to switch to all thumb drives.  It has been securely reformatted and is ready for you to add your own files.
