FINE ANTIQUE PEWTER 9 ⅝ INCH PLATE CHARGER

WITH ARMORIAL BY ROBERT OUDLEY c1710

This fine single reed plate dates to c1710 and has a very  attractive armorial of horse’s to the rim.

The maker is ROBERT OUDLEY of London whose touchmark is struck to the reverse

of the plate alongside crowned ownership initials of “E H”.

Diameter : 9 ⅝ inches (24.5 cms)

Weight : 1 lb 4 ozs (559 g)

The plate is in good condition with general wear commensurate with age

(see images), and would make a great display piece.
