Hamiro? Vintage Teddy Bear 8" Standing

I've attempted to research the brand of bear and I believe it to be an Hamiro.

I MAY BE WRONG - Happy for feedback or more information if possible.

There are quite a few marks on the bear as you can see in the photos.
