RETURNS

  • 30 days return period but buyer must pay the return postage.
  • Any damages must be reported within 24 Hours after delivery, otherwise delivery company will not be responsible.
  • Return requests will be accepted if the items are in their original packing and Installed items return will not be accepted.
  • Customer is fully liable for ordering a wrong size wardrobe.
  • For any damages please notify us within 24 hours after receiving the delivery.
  • Item installed partially or fully installed is non-refundable

  • We will only accept returns which are brand new and still in original packaging, items which are supplied flat-packed will only be accepted where assembly has not been attempted and returned in a reasonable condition.
