For your consideration, a gorgeous modernist sterling silver rose quartz pendant attributed to Bertel Gardberg for Rionore of Kilkenny, circa 1971 Ireland. The pendant is signed with Rionore’s RK hallmark and would have been made at the tail end of Gardberg’s tenure with Rionore. The tension set wire wrapped stone and open crimped bail design are common Gardberg motifs. The pendant is in overall good vintage condition with some staining and surface scratching to the stone. Pic 10 shows a chip or possibly overshot ground spot on the stone under the silver circle on the face of the pendant (the quartz was ground down around the center to accommodate the wire wrapping).
