Chinese antique export porcelain blue and white 10” plate.

I am not sure the age of this plate but believe it’s either 19th or 18th century ?

The plate is in great shape no cracks . there is one rough spot on the edge shown in the 3rd & 4th photos, which is very minor. It may even be a pop mark from the kiln process, but I’m not certain. there are several voids or pop marks in other parts of the plate as well. I have tried to show as much detail in the photos as possible.

Please examine all photos for condition and details as these will be a description .

Also, if you have a better idea on the dating or details of this plate, any information would be very much appreciated as I am no expert !
