Delivery: Xactwear items are handmade to order, so please allow 15 - 45 days for the item to create and quality check and another 3 - 6 days to be shipped, and delivered with care to your door step. We Ship out our every order via DHL, FedEx, UPS or Skynet. We will dispatch your item to your eBay address. Please make sure your information is correct before your checkout.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Return / Refund Policy:

While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods, we will offer you an exchange or a refund less a 25 % restocking fee.

Goods must be returned in their original unworn condition and with all packaging and tags still attached. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items or items that have been worn and have tags removed.

All goods are the customer's responsibility once in customer's possession. Customers, make sure to handle all goods with extreme care, make sure that the package is returned by recorded delivery, email a legible proof of postage to Xactwear via the eBay messaging system, and keep the legible proof of postage. 

When trying on items of clothing, please ensure to not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that the above instructions have not been followed.

Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Custom Jackets (Unless there is a fault with the jacket) as there are made to your custom specification and we cannot re-sell the item. Hope you understand.
