Here’s a wonderful covered serving dish from Hutschenreuther Selb (Bavaria).  The bright white piece is encrusted with 18K gold, and is gilded on the top of the cover and handles.  A beautiful piece for the table top, or as a display piece on it’s own.

The piece is well marked with the Hutschenreuther Lion/L.H.S. Bavaria mark used from 1925-1939.

Measurements: Height (with Lid): 4.5", Width (handle to handle): 10", Diameter: 8"

Condition: Very good vintage condition.  There is wear to the gilding on the handles, and signs of use throughout, however no cracks, chips, crazing or damage.  Please check the photos carefully before making your purchase.

The piece is clearly marked with both Hutschenreuther Selb and L.H.S./Lion (as well as the gilding grade).
