Adorable lamp perfect for a nursery or child's bedroom! This is ceramic with hand painted details. Featuring yellow, green, pink, and blue balloons and a brown teddy bear wearing a blue shirt with a pink heart. There is also a cute blue ribbon tied at the top. The sticker on the bottom says "Kiddie Lites & Accessories, too! Hand Painted and Hand Made in the USA".

Lamp is it nice condition. Signed by the artist on the bottom rim.
No lightbulb included. There is no lampshade or fixtures to hold one. You could easily get one that attaches to a lightbulb though :)
It looks like the nob to turn the light on/off is missing. I am not sure what was there originally.

DID NOT TEST. I didn't have a extra bulb; therefore being sold as is.
