These sat on a shelf for 20 or so years and were never issued and then sold off as US Military Surplus. Thy even have that real surplus smell to them. If you buy now you will get one new US Military Issue field pack/ butt pack like the one pictured. I have around 20 of these in the warehouse so you will get one like the one pictured. Since these are REAL Us Military Surplus the tags may be different from the different manufactures but thy will be all US Military Issue "REAL Surplus".
