Description: Full set unmounted mint (MNH). sg 1398-1410

Please note that the scan may have a line across (horizontally or vertically) the stamps from the stock card used to hold the stamps. Also specs of dust can sometimes appear on the scan. If the scan shows something that looks like a fault but isn't mentioned in the description let me know and I'll correct or add to the description (or scan again).

Condition of Stamps

I use the following terms for describing stamps

  1. UM or Unmounted Mint means the stamp hasn't been mounted with a hinge and no gum disturbance i.e. mint never hinged MNH
  2. LMM or Lightly Mounted Mint means the stamp has been mounted with a hinge and there is a light mark on the gum i.e. mint hinged MH
  3. MM or Mounted Mint means the stamp has been mounted with a hinge and there may be a hinge or part hinge remaining i.e. mint hinged remnant MHR or mint hinged MH, but the hinge mark is clear.
  4. Unused means the stamp has no gum and no cancellation i.e. mint no gum MNG
  5. No faults means that i.e. the stamp has no faults. It isn't creased, thinned, torn, toned or faded.
  6. Fine used means different thing to different people so please look at the scan, I generally only used fine used, when postmark is neat and doesn't obscure the design too much, but in some early issues the postmark is meant to obscure the design so in these cases I may use fine used.
  7. Spacefiller, basically a stamp that has significant faults, but either looks OK or would be too expensive in good condition.
All stamps will have any significant hidden faults included in the condition statement. If it looks like I've mis-described please let me know.

Centring varies between issues and short perfs are very subjective so will not always be included in the description as these should be clear from the scan.

Postal history may have small faults that are not described, but will have all major faults included in the description.

Combined Postage and packaging.

I will combine postage and packaging within any 8 day period (or longer if requested and agreed) so that there is only a single postage and packaging charge PROVIDED a single payment is made. So please wait for a combined invoice before paying.

Any additional items will be free, but if the combined total is above $30 or above $80 then the higher postage and packaging charge may apply. If the invoice doesn't match the details below please let me know before paying so that I can send out a new invoice. If you use the ebay basket, please request a combined postage discount before paying as the basket may not automatically give the correct postage.

For most international orders global shipping will be used.

Please note that the Royal Mail do not accept international tracked or signed mail to PO Boxes outside of the Middle East and Africa. Therefore for buyers with a PO Box address I will need an alternate postal address for purchases over $30.

International Buyers (currently outside the EU)  Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Handling and delivery times

I normally post items within 3 working days of receiving payment, but occasionally later. I generally prioritise by the time taken to make a payment. For example if you pay within 24 hours then I will make sure your purchases are posted within 3 working days. I will update ebay when dispatched so you should get notification that your purchase(s) have been posted. If you don't get notification that your purchase(s) have been dispatched within 4 days of payment let me know as I may have missed your payment or not updated ebay. International delivery times vary, but are generally delivered within a week of posting however some mail can take several weeks particularly if customs are involved so please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery in within the EU and up to 5 weeks worldwide .

Returns

If you wish to return any lot for any reason please let me know within 14 days of receiving your lot and you may return it at your expense and I will send you a refund of your payment once received. If you receive a lot that is either mis-described or damaged in the post please let me within 14 days of receiving it so that I can either replace it (most items I sell are one offs so I generally can't replace them) or refund you. In some cases I will need the item to be returned to me, in which case I will pay for the return postage.
