Size when open - 33 1/2" tall and 21" wide (Approx.).  

Heavily creased from storage.  Some discoloration and bent corners.  Overall in great shape. 

NOTE - When I say "Mylar" I am using that as a description.  I don't know what material was used but it looks and feels like Mylar.
