If you have any questions or concerns about any of my items then please message me, I will try my best to help. I can take condition videos of photocards. For albums, I can only take additonal photos. For stamped mail, please remember you are taking a risk. Speak to me before you file a claim. It is not my responsibility and I do not appreciate people who file claims with Ebay for that. If it's been more than a month and your stuff hasn't arrived then I can consider refunding. But other than that, do not file claims if it's only been 2-3 weeks within Canada. Especially if you chose stamped mail. For international sales, please wait up to 1 and a half months before reaching out to me for help. Post offices vary from country to country. 

Shipping Information:

I will ship via Stamped mail. if you would like any other options then please message me. I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail. Once it gets sent to the courier company, it is out of my hands. I typically use stamped shipping for photocard/photocards and for albums, it will be tracked only. I can also send photocards tracked, just please ask me. I ship worldwide. 

Packaging Information:

I pack photocard/photocards in a toploader, card, and sleeve. I have prior experience to packaging a lot of orders. So you are in good hands. I pack album/albums and bigger items in bubble wrap then into a box or a large bubble mailer. If you have any accomodations in regards to packaging then please ask me.
