This listing is for four paperback books which were published by the Chester Pennsylvania County Historical Society under the auspices of the Associated Stamp Clubs of South Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware, Inc.  Note that they all feature the silhouette of the "Penny Postman."  He was William B. Winnie a penny postman, letter carrier or post office messenger at Albany, New York from 1795 to 1843.  The back of each book explains this.
