The face of the ring is 13mm and the back part (that would be on the inside of your hand) is 5mm.
The Focal stone is an oval shaped Sapphire. It is 3mm x 5mm x 2mm. It has small diamonds on both sides of the Sapphire. (Please view the many pictures).
