This is a fully lined empire waist halter dress composed of lace, with an accentuated standalone collar.

The look is a retro-60s look, also this was worn on Gossip Girl.

Size 5 (Jr sizing) - Dimensions are Length 33", Width 14" - which fits small or XS.
