Exterior with obvious rubbing to edges and corners and front and back cover. Staple spine sound with creasing and rubbing along all edge. Tear along upper front spine edge. Interior with all pages intact and complete. Some staining to last 10 pages. Some pencil markings to song pages from Normal yellowing/toning from age to interior.
