Notice from buyer to seller within 3 days of receiving your purchased item. Contact through eBay messaging system along with pictures of the purchased item as received from method of shipping. Once we receive the pictures along with reason for return we will work closely with each customer to insure there needs our addressed and resolved.

Definition of usage, a purchased item worn or used in any form or washed or altered will void all return rights and privileges. The removal of price tags, stickers or any factor or manufacturer labeling will also void all return rights and privileges. All purchased items must be returned in the exact same form of receiving, all packaging, boxes, branded tissue paper or protective packing must be returned in the same manner in which it was shipped.
