3-Building City Block, N-Scale

For sale is a lot of 3 buildings in N scale. The lot includes a factory assembled building (the one with the pointy roof) and two others carefully assembled from kits (the flat roof buildings).

All buildings were hand weathered.

To complete the look and add realism, we've added lots and lots of details: window coverings, signs, street lights (not functional), parking meters and signs, fire hydrant, mailbox, tree and flower planters, trash cans, quirky figurines, benches, utility meters, roof details, billboard and more!

Will make an excellent addition to your train layout!

The corner building is pre-lit with a 12v incandescent bulb. The other buildings are not lit.

Building bases measure as follows:

- Pink building: 2" x 4.25"
- Corner building: 3.75" x 3.75"
- 1-story building: 3.25" x 3"

The buildings are not glued together, so you can place them as shown, or arrange them around your layout.

All items being returned must match the condition when they first shipped. This means new, sealed items must still be sealed and unused. Used items should not be broken or damaged. All returned items will be inspected to verify the original problem and / or condition. Items not meeting these conditions will be subject to a partial refund.
