Buyer's returns postage cost is NON-REFUNDABLE. IN ALL CASES, YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED

For Refund/Exchange of Defective/Faulty goods: Buyers have up to 14 days to notify us of any faults. Buyer is responsible for safe and timely return of goods. * For returns after the initial 14-day period, items will be, at our discretion, either repaired, replaced or refunded and buyer's return postage costs and our original postage costs are, in this case, NON-REFUNDABLE

For Refund of Non-Faulty 'Unwanted' goods/ change your mind: * Buyer must return item within 7 days of receipt. * Only unused and saleable items, complete with original box, instructions and cables (if any) will be accepted. * Buyer's returns postage cost is NON-REFUNDABLE. IN ALL CASES, YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED

All items returned as faulty will be tested. Once confirmed faulty we will dispatch a replacement item to you. If no fault is found we will return the item to postage costs associated with returning any items are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure any item returned is sufficiently packaged & postal insurance is taken out to guarantee the return can be tracked.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt YOU must return the item by a signed for service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt.

All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.
