This vintage board was pulled from a Google server appliance. It was pulled because someone was convinced it was a supermicro board and was willing to pay a premium. Well turns out it isn't a supermicro board! Go figure.
Anyway, it boots and runs stably; however... There's 6 bulging capacitors. As a board to occasionally run legacy equipment, it's probably good for years still. If it were to be a 24/hr a day running operation I'd recommend replacing those caps.
