Gorgeous old composition head monkey hand puppet with sweet hand painted face from about the 1930s. Composition monkey head is in pristine condition with beautiful original paint with just a few tiny scratches. Body is solid light blue on the back, and a pink and blue floral fabric on the front.  His hands are white felt with stitching for the fingers, and he wears a long light blue satin ribbon tied in a bow at the neck.  The inside hem area of the fabric is stamped Japan in blue ink, but no branding. Very good vintage condition, with some discoloration to the light blue fabric on the back side.

Measures:  10” W from hand to hand, 3 ¼” D at the head, 9” L
