This is a giant-sized organic Jerusalem artichoke that has been organically grown in my permaculture allotment.. The tubers are larger and have a smoother surface, compare to common Jerusalem artichoke, making them much easier to prepare.


You will get 1 kg of the Jerusalem artichoke ready to grow or eat. Each one can produce up to twenty more next season.


This is an amazing superfood vegetable, a must-have in your allotment! This type of Jerusalem artichoke is delicious, has a nutty, sweet, and crunchy taste. Great for roasted dishes, soup, chips, or in a salad.


It is very easy to grow.

You can plant it like potatoes.

Plant the tubers about 30cm apart in soil 10cm deep.

This is a very tall plant so needs space. It has plenty of lovely yellow flowers in late summer, similar to small sunflowers which look great in a garden or a vase

you can start harvesting tubers in autumn, all winter, and spring.


Jerusalem artichoke is a superfood and has many health benefits. It is a good source of iron and it's very low in calories.

They are rich in potassium and vitamin B1, which support your muscles and nerves. preserves our health
