To avoid confusion I like to be honest when describing brochures.  I would describe this one as fair condition however there is something lightly written in pencil on the cover and there is general creasing to the brochure as well as a few marks on the rear cover.

 

When I send brochures I use card backed envelopes with “Please do not bend” on them.  All brochures are sent 1st class for UK purchases and Airmail for overseas.  I have no problem in combining postage on multiple purchases.
