This is a gorgeous original antique English watercolor that depicts a beautiful view of a farmer working the land with horses in Black Notely, Essex, England. It is signed with initials ("F.W.R. W." illegibly) on the lower left corner, with the title and date inscribed " Black Notley, (October 1888) / March 1889".

Black Notley is a village and civil parish in Essex, England. It is located approximately 1+1⁄2 miles south of Braintree and is 9 miles north-northeast from the county town of Chelmsford. 

Measurements: 9 x 14 1/2 inches

Condition: Very good condition.  Minor foxing. Please see photos.
