they require a fan air coolled heatsink and a suitable host for 5.6mm diodes

they also require a focussing lense which is provided

to power these diodes you need either a laser diode driver circuit

or a power supply with current limiting, like a bench power supply with variable current limiting.

you can make a suitable power supply circuit with an LM317 chip

they should be powered with +5vdc  ( power variation +- 0.4 volts.)

and limited to 0.8 amps ( 800ma)

you can drive them harder , upto 1.2 amps , with enough cooling and for short periods, but at your own risk.
