I personally own one and I cannot get it to connect to the application on my phone-

It is a known issue . There are forums. Some people were able to connect this one didnt when i tried 

Since we did not build the software, we are not responsible for cellphone software issues.

It is a great camera, unfortunately the company gave up on it and is no longer supported.

You can still transfer via memory card. Like every other camera. It’s the phone software that has an issue.
