RETURNS POLICY:
All items can be returned within 30 days of dispatch.
All items are security marked as well as UV pen marking if any of this is missing on return NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN and there is no exception to this rule.
ITEMS RETURNED DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. All parts SHOULD be checked for any damage in transit upon arrival, BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THEM. We cannot refund or exchange any parts damaged in transit if you signed for as received in good condition.
No items will be accepted for return without a Returns Authorisation Number. This can be obtained by contacting us. You may return an item which was damaged or faulty when delivered for a full refund. A refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as faulty. You must notify us of the issue within 7 working days of delivery.
DELIVERY POLICY:
- All items are dispatched upon receipt of payment.
- For Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland extra postage charges will apply.
- All shipped items require a signature on delivery.
