Fountain pen from the 42 series with goldsmith work in gold and garnets carried out in the Milan workshops. The series of fountain pens dressed in precious metals in the workshops of Milanese jewelers have a generic name in the USA, where they are called 'Continentals'. They were very successful pens and despite the outdated filling system, they were very popular with the Italian public, who purchased them until the 1940s.
