VHS is sealed, in acceptable condition and from a smoke-free home. VHS cassette is assumed complete and free of mold or issues. Case is a sealed slipcover in used condition, with a rental sticker on the front side from The Video Outlet, and some creasing seen to the edges due to use (as pictured). Due to use and storage, signs of wear are visible. VHS is sealed, therefore untested. See actual photos of item above.
