They are made from a UV stabilized polypropylene plastic for long life, and can be used indoors and outdoors.
The base and cover snap securely together to help prevent rust and corrosion.

This auction includes 50 covers and 50 bases.
The plastic cover has an outside diameter of 5/8" and a height of 1/4".
The plastic flat bottom base is for a pan or round head screw and has a 1/4" diameter hole. (not for countersunk screws)
