Star Trek cast books with Captain Picard/Sir Patrick's signature are hard to come by. His recent signing was his first since 2013! There hasn't been a signed copy of this issue, according to GPA sales tracking, since 2015!
Perhaps a resub and/or press may bump the grade even higher?
